Petastream provides a 1 year warranty and a 30-day return and exchange policy.

If you encounter any quality issues, Petastream will handle the returns and exchanges. As soon as we receive the returned items at our warehouse for inspection, we'll begin the return or exchange process for you.


Repackaging Requirements (Important):

Conditions:

  • Items must be returned in original packaging with all original labels and receipts.
  • All accessories must be included in returns/exchanges. Refunds for partial returns will deduct the value of missing items.
  • Packages sent to the wrong address or shipped without notifying us are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Please contact us before sending out the package, and we will provide detailed instructions.
  • If quality issues arise due to improper personal use, repair charges will apply.
